What we do...
Soul Khemistry is a social enterprise that provides bespoke creative wellness programs for young children and the people who care for them. Our Early Childhood Programs, Staff Wellbeing Programs and Professional Development sessions aim to enhance the well-being, self-expression and holistic development of children and their carers through creativity and mindfulness based activities.
The beneficiaries of our social enterprise - at the heart of our endeavours are children. Part of our profit supports a referral based service where we touch the lives of children and their families facing severe illness, loss or trauma with creative wellness support (find out more here).
Our programs, designed and delivered by founder Sharon Kemp, integrate her expertise in healthcare, the arts, and holistic therapies to help people big and small lead more soulful and enriched lives.
Our aim is to provide for you - and those under your wing with JOYFUL and rich experiences that cultivate personal growth and expand the scope of possibilities.

What is ‘Creative Wellness’?
Creative Wellness is a state of inner calm, clarity and balance that enables us - child or adult - to access our true nature and our hearts desires. In this state our senses are heightened, we are present to the moment and our intuition is heard.
The practice of Creative Wellness reconnects you to this natural state of wellbeing through enjoyable, self nourishing activities. Creative Wellness will enhance mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. It will empower you and those you support to express with greater confidence and authenticity. Adults and children alike crave this natural state especially with so much exposure to screens and technology. It's often not until we experience our true nature again that we realise how we have normalised chronic stress.
We want to help you and those in your care to cultivate a more peaceful and happy state that enriches you, your relationships and community.

Our unique blend of meditation, mindfulness, and creative expression makes up the formula of our approach. Therapeutic creativity can have many forms: making music, painting, sculpting, crafting, dancing, writing, storytelling, songwriting, singing, or performing - there is something for everyone and artistic ability isn't required. These practices are tailored to the interest of the individual, group or organisation and supported to elevate energy and mood.
