Our Mission
Soul Khemistry is a social enterprise committed to uplifting the wellbeing of the community through creativity and mindfulness. We especially aim to impact positive outcomes for children.
Soul Khemistry has a compassionate mission to help young children flourish naturally, to find comfort through our creative initiatives.
By engaging our services you help us make a difference to children who need a little extra love and kindness.
We offer children sessions / therapeutic gifts free of charge - Sharon offers her time, expertise and resources to touch the hearts children in need by engaging in creative ways to ease the struggle.. This could look like: Sharon singing or playing harp for them at the bedside; helping them play a little harp or drum; writing and recording a song or story; making art or craft; telling them a therapeutic stories through puppetry and offering them a hand and heart made gift to love. Sharon aims to meet the need and interest of each child in loving presence.
My Big Vision...
I envision a vibrant and thriving community that brings together creative people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to support each other to grow and develop. This community have be a friendly, welcoming and inclusive hub, dedicated to actively supporting holistic well-being, fostering creative potential, and empowering self-expression particularly in children and young people. The goal - to provide a safe and uplifting space where individuals can share positive experiences and explore their inner world creatively, transforming struggles into strengths and lifting each other in unity.
In this space, all will feel a sense of belonging, and have the opportunity to form genuine friendships through authentic connections. It will also be a place where experienced, positive and passionate adults and elder creatives can collaborate and contribute to nurturing the next generation in the art of a happy, soulful and fulfilling life. There will be outreach too, for those unable to attend.
Our venue will resemble a refurbished factory space with a central hub that includes a cafe and a relaxed lounge area. Included will be a stage and an art exhibit area, with adjoining studios. small and large where various events, classes, and workshops can take place. Here, in the Creative Wellness Centre expert artists and therapeutic facilitators can mentor and coach adults, children and young people providing support, tools and education that can benefit them throughout their lives and have a wider impact on the community at large. A dream yes, but dreams can come true!
